Ruby Meadowhawk

I think dragonflies are beautiful. I recently spotted one on the antenna of the car and I couldn't resist but to take pictures of the beauty. Once I gotten close enough to it, it would fly away but come right back to the same spot. It was a odd sighting. I was curious about these creatures and wanted to know what type of dragonfly it was. I discovered it was the Ruby Meadowhawk dragonfly. It's the simple things in life, which makes me appreciate my existence on this earth.
